National telehealth longevity membership with 50+ biomarker at-home draws, clinician consults, Rx options, and supplements

About

Lifeforce is a US telehealth longevity program built around at-home blood draws, clinician consults, coaching, and medication and supplement fulfillment. Members test 50+ biomarkers, review results with a board-certified clinician, track a proprietary Lifescore and biological age, and use the plan to guide hormone, metabolic, cardiovascular, weight-loss, brain-health, and supplement protocols. The company also offers a one-time diagnostic for people who want the baseline panel and consult without starting a membership.

What to Know

Signature approach

Care runs as a repeat biomarker loop. A phlebotomist draws blood at home, the dashboard translates results into Lifescore and biological age, and a 45-minute clinician consult turns the data into a plan. Monthly members repeat this quarterly; Core Annual members repeat twice a year.

What sets them apart

  • National telehealth scale. Lifeforce serves all 50 states through state-specific professional corporations and a broader Lifeforce Medical P.A. model.
  • Clinician consults are part of the product. The membership is not just a lab dashboard; results are reviewed in a 45-minute clinician visit, with coaching between cycles.
  • Rx and supplement pathway. Testosterone, GLP-1s, HRT, peptides, metformin, statins, and supplements can be routed through the care plan when clinically appropriate.
  • Strong founder and advisor bench. Tony Robbins, Peter Diamandis, Courtney Reum, Dugal Bain-Kim, and Joel Jackson built the company, with advisors across obesity medicine, women's health, nutrition, and brain aging.

Before You Book

  • Self-pay model. Insurance is not accepted, though HSA/FSA cards are. Medication costs are billed separately through partner pharmacies.
  • Choose the cadence carefully. Monthly Membership gives four draws and four consults per year. Core Annual is cheaper, but lighter: two draws and one consult.
  • Refunds are limited after care starts. The patient agreement says refunds are not owed once care has begun or a membership has been paid in full.
  • Advisors are not the treating team. High-profile founders and medical advisors shape the program; member visits are handled by Lifeforce clinicians and coaches.
