About

Lifeforce Membership is the recurring care product behind Lifeforce. Members get at-home blood draws across 50+ biomarkers, a dashboard with Lifescore and biological age, 45-minute telehealth clinician consults, health coaching, and access to prescription and supplement fulfillment. What to Know

Signature approach

The membership is built around repeat testing plus clinician interpretation. Blood is drawn at home, results are read against optimization ranges, and a board-certified clinician turns the biomarker pattern into a plan. Monthly members repeat the loop quarterly; Core Annual members use a lighter twice-yearly cadence.

What sets them apart

  • At-home diagnostics plus live care. The member gets phlebotomy, dashboard, clinician consult, and coaching in one recurring product.
  • Optimization ranges. Lifeforce reads biomarkers for performance and longevity targets, not only standard lab flags.
  • Medication access inside the care model. TRT, HRT, GLP-1s, peptides, and cardiometabolic prescriptions can be prescribed when appropriate and available in the member's state.
  • Named pharmacy network. Tailor Made Compounding, GoGoMeds, and Precision Pharmacy are listed as partner pharmacies.

Before You Book

  • Membership does not include medication costs. Prescriptions and some add-on panels are billed separately through partner pharmacies or member checkout.
  • Pick the cadence that matches your goals. Monthly Membership is the full quarterly loop; Core Annual is cheaper but has fewer draws and consults.
  • Controlled-substance rules can vary by state. Testosterone is offered, but state-specific prescribing limits are not fully published. Ask during intake if TRT, peptides, or GLP-1s are the reason you are joining.
  • Refunds are limited after care starts. Monthly plans can be cancelled, but the patient agreement says refunds are not owed once care has begun or a membership has been paid in full.

How it works

  1. 1

    Schedule your blood draw

A licensed phlebotomist comes to your home (or you go to a partner lab) to draw blood for a 50+ biomarker panel across six categories; hormone balance, critical nutrients, metabolic condition, organ health, cardiovascular health, and other key risk factors. Every 3-6 months thereafter depending on membership tier.

  2. 2

    Meet 1:1 with your clinician

Complete a health questionnaire, then connect virtually with a board-certified Lifeforce clinician for a 45-minute telehealth consult. The clinician reviews your lab results, defines goals, and designs a personalized plan that may include supplements, pharmaceuticals, and lifestyle strategies.

  3. 3

Receive your custom plan + Rx

Your plan drops into the member dashboard along with your Lifescore and biological age. Prescribed medications and supplements ship to your door from NABP-accredited partner pharmacies. A dedicated health coach checks in for ongoing accountability.

  4. 4

    Retest and refine every quarter

Blood work repeats every 3 months on Monthly Membership (twice a year on Core Annual). Clinician adjusts Rx dosing, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations based on biomarker trends; all included in the membership.

Additional details

Medication and prescribing detailsFine-print prescribing, pharmacy, and state-professional-corporation details.

Lifeforce prescribes Schedule III testosterone (injection, cream, and oral Kyzatrex) as part of the TRT sub-program, plus FDA-approved GLP-1s (semaglutide, tirzepatide), compounded peptides (sermorelin, CJC-1295, ipamorelin, BPC-157, PT-141), and HRT (estradiol, progesterone, DHEA). Prescriptions are dispensed through three NABP-accredited partner pharmacies: Tailor Made Compounding (Nicholasville, KY), GoGoMeds (Southgate, KY), and Precision Pharmacy (Bellmore, NY). Medical services in California, Kansas, and New Jersey are delivered by dedicated state-specific professional corporations (Van Maele Medical P.C., Lifeforce Medical KS P.A., and Lifeforce Medical NJ P.C.); all other states are served by Lifeforce Medical, P.A. Per the patient agreement, falsifying information to obtain controlled substances is grounds for service termination. Per-state Schedule III prescribing rules (e.g., states requiring an in-person visit before controlled-substance telehealth prescribing) are not enumerated on the public site.
