About
Doyle is a Senior Health Coach at Lifeforce, where he has worked with members since 2022; first as a Performance Guide, then promoted to Senior Health Coach in 2023. He holds the NBHWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) credential and a Bachelor's in Health and Wellness from Arizona State University. Before Lifeforce, he spent four years at Noom; first as a Goal Specialist, then as a Coach Manager training other coaches; and earlier ran Ignition Nutrition, his own community-health coaching business. Based in Tucson, AZ, he has been coaching for more than a decade.
What to Know
Signature approach
Coaching at Lifeforce is the execution layer between quarterly clinician consults; the part where lab results and protocol recommendations turn into actual daily practice. Doyle works the behavior-change side: translating clinician direction (hormone protocol, GLP-1 plan, sleep target, training load) into weekly habits, accountability check-ins, and course corrections. His scope stays non-clinical; he doesn't prescribe, diagnose, or interpret labs; but he owns the part most members say matters: whether the plan actually gets lived.
What sets them apart
- Decade in coaching, not new to the seat. Bio claim of 10+ years tracks with his Ignition Nutrition then Noom then Lifeforce arc; he has coached at scale through two behavior-change platforms before Lifeforce.
- NBHWC board certification. The field's recognized credential; requires training-program completion, practicum hours, and a board exam.
- Noom coach-manager pedigree. At Noom he ran teams of coaches (Coach Manager, 2020–2022) before Lifeforce; he has coached the coaches, not just the members.
- Holistic-care framing. Lifeforce tags him on performance optimization and holistic care; self-describes as the coach who built his own community-health business from scratch.
