longevity.io is operated by Super Human Media, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices and rights you may have regarding your data. It applies to visitors, newsletter subscribers, quiz users, account holders, and people who contact us about directory listings.
For questions or privacy requests, contact us at info@longevity.io.
Overview
longevity.io is an educational platform, content library, and longevity provider directory. We are not a healthcare provider, insurer, pharmacy, laboratory, or telehealth practice.
We are not acting as a healthcare provider. We do not ask for medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment histories, payment card details, or protected health information as part of healthcare treatment. The Longevity Blueprint quiz may collect wellness-related goals, preferences, budget ranges, location preferences, and related wellness context so we can generate recommendations. We treat those quiz responses as sensitive personal information where applicable, and we process them only with your consent.
Directory profiles may include information gathered from public sources, provider websites, and other available references, including review and rating information from third-party sites. To help visitors compare providers, we may summarize publicly available reviews and link to the original review sources when available.
What We Collect
We collect information in four main ways: information you provide, information generated when you use site features, information collected automatically for security and operations, and information gathered from public sources for the directory.
Information You Provide
Account information. If you create an account or sign in, we collect the email address and profile information needed to operate the account. If you continue with Google, Google may provide your verified email address, name, profile image, and provider account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
Email sign-in. If you sign in by email, we use your email address to send a secure sign-in link. We do not currently ask you to create a password.
Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe to The Longevity Digest, we collect your email address and subscription preferences. The newsletter integration is separate from transactional email used for account sign-in.
Quiz responses. The Longevity Blueprint quiz may collect your goals, budget range, preferred care model, location or travel preferences, and related longevity interests. These responses are used to generate recommendations. Anonymous quiz attempts are associated with a browser-based session identifier. If you sign in or create an account after the quiz, the attempt can be linked to your account.
Saved items and dashboard preferences. If you use authenticated features, we may store saved providers, collections, quiz history, preferences, and related dashboard settings.
Communications. If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we collect your email address and the content of your message so we can respond.
Information Collected Automatically
Log data. Our servers and infrastructure providers automatically process basic technical information, including IP address, request time, URL requested, browser user agent, and similar operational logs. We use this for security, reliability, abuse prevention, debugging, and understanding overall site operations.
Device and browser information. We may process general device and browser details, such as browser type, operating system, screen size, language, referring page, and approximate region derived from IP address.
Usage and analytics events. We may collect page views, referring source, approximate region, performance data, and interactions with site features such as search, filters, phone-number taps, external-link clicks, quiz progress milestones, and calls to action. We use this to understand traffic, improve the product, detect issues, and measure whether the site is working for users. You can turn Analytics off in Privacy settings.
Cookies and local storage. We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, maintain security, remember limited interface preferences, and let the quiz resume in the same browser. See "Cookies and Browser Storage" below.
Location search and maps. If you use location search or map features, Google Maps or Places services may process the search query or map request needed to provide that feature. We do not collect GPS-level location unless you explicitly provide precise information through your browser or device.
Information From Public Sources
The directory may include information about clinics, specialists, diagnostics, telehealth services, and organizations. This can include public business details, specialties, services, locations, websites, public biographies, credentials, review summaries, and other public or provider-supplied information.
If you believe information about you or your organization is inaccurate, contact us at info@longevity.io.
Information We Do Not Collect
We want to be explicit about what we do not collect or how we do not use information:
- Medical records or treatment histories. We do not ask for diagnoses, lab results, prescriptions, clinical notes, or protected health information.
- Payment information. We do not currently process payments on longevity.io.
- Passwords. Sign-in currently uses Google sign-in and email sign-in links, not user-created passwords.
- Precise geolocation by default. You may choose to provide a city, state, country, or travel preference, but we do not collect GPS-level location by default.
- Advertising and provider options. We may use quiz responses to provide relevant advertiser and provider products or service options. We do not provide quiz responses to third parties. Campaign measurement is limited to coarse campaign or conversion events and does not include quiz answers or health preferences.
- Data broker enrichment. We do not buy personal profiles from data brokers.
How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
| Purpose | Data Used | Legal Basis Where GDPR Applies |
|---|---|---|
| Operate the website and public directory | Log data, device data, public directory data | Legitimate interest |
| Provide account sign-in and dashboard features | Email address, account data, saved items, preferences | Performance of contract |
| Send secure sign-in links and transactional messages | Email address, account status, quiz handoff context | Performance of contract / legitimate interest |
| Generate Longevity Blueprint recommendations | Quiz responses, goals, preferences, location or travel inputs | Consent |
| Save quiz results to your dashboard when you opt in | Quiz attempts, quiz responses, account identifier | Consent / performance of contract |
| Send The Longevity Digest when you subscribe | Email address, subscription preferences | Consent |
| Respond to support and privacy requests | Email address, message content | Legitimate interest / legal obligation |
| Maintain security and prevent abuse | Log data, IP address, account and session signals | Legitimate interest |
| Understand site traffic and product performance | Page views, referrers, device data, approximate region, interaction events | Legitimate interest where allowed; consent or opt-out controls where required |
| Comply with legal obligations | Varies by request or obligation | Legal obligation |
Sensitive Information
Quiz responses may include wellness-related goals or preferences. Depending on where you live, that information may be considered sensitive personal information, sensitive data, or special category data.
We process quiz responses to provide the quiz experience, generate recommendations, display results, and, if you choose to sign in, save the results to your dashboard. We do not sell quiz responses. We do not disclose quiz responses to listed providers without a separate, explicit action from you.
You can use the public site without taking the quiz. If you begin the quiz, the first screen explains the data use and asks for consent before responses are collected.
Cookies and Browser Storage
longevity.io uses essential cookies and browser storage for site functionality. We may also use measurement technologies to understand traffic, improve the product, and measure interactions such as phone-number taps, external-link clicks, quiz milestones, form starts, and calls to action.
When you visit, the Privacy choices banner lets you accept all, reject all, or customize Analytics and Marketing. If you reject or customize, we apply that choice in that browser until you change it in Privacy settings. Where applicable law requires a different consent or opt-out treatment for non-essential cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, or similar device identifiers, we apply the available Privacy settings and legally recognized browser signals as described below.
Essential Cookies
Essential cookies are used for authentication, session security, fraud prevention, and consent management. For example, if you sign in, session cookies help keep you signed in securely. We also store a first-party consent cookie so the site can remember whether this browser accepted, rejected, or customized your privacy choices.
The consent cookie stores your category choices, consent version, timestamps, and Global Privacy Control status. It does not store your email address, account id, quiz responses, health preferences, or recommendation results.
Browser Local Storage
We may use local storage in your browser for limited product behavior, such as:
- Remembering the anonymous quiz session identifier so your quiz can resume in the same browser.
- Remembering whether Google or email was the last completed sign-in method so the login page can show a small "last used" hint.
Local storage remains in your browser until you clear your browser data or the site replaces it.
Analytics, Measurement, and Advertising Technologies
If Analytics is enabled, we use analytics and product measurement tools, including Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, and Google Analytics 4, to collect page views, referral source, approximate region, device and browser details, performance metrics, and interaction events. We use this for product improvement, reporting, and understanding which content and features are useful.
If you turn Analytics off, we stop using analytics or performance measurement tools in that browser. Ordinary server and infrastructure logs are still created when your browser requests the site because they are needed to deliver pages, keep the site secure, debug errors, and prevent abuse.
Google Analytics 4 follows the same Analytics choice unless we update this policy and our controls.
If Marketing is enabled, we may use campaign measurement tools, including Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, advertising pixels, or server-side conversion events, to understand whether campaigns are working. If you turn Marketing off, we stop using campaign measurement tools in that browser. We do not sell analytics data or send quiz answers, health preferences, email addresses, phone numbers, account ids, or recommendation results to advertising platforms.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our consent system keeps Marketing tools off for this device. The signal does not affect essential cookies, server logs, or your Analytics choice. If an analytics, advertising, or marketing configuration requires additional opt-out controls or recognition of legally recognized preference signals, we will provide those controls and honor applicable signals.
Third-Party Services
We use a limited set of third-party services to operate, measure, and improve the site. These services process data only as needed to provide infrastructure, authentication, email, maps, analytics, campaign measurement, or other site functionality.
| Service Category | Examples | Data Processed | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hosting and infrastructure | Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare Images | Log data, IP address, account and site records, public images | Hosting, database, image delivery, security, debugging |
| Authentication | Google sign-in and our email sign-in system | Email address, provider account identifier, session data | Account sign-in and account linking |
| Transactional email | Resend | Email address, sign-in links, account or quiz-related transactional messages | Secure account emails |
| Newsletter delivery | Beehiiv, when you subscribe | Email address, subscription preferences | The Longevity Digest and unsubscribe handling |
| Maps and location search | Google Maps / Places | Map requests, location search queries, approximate request data | Location search, clinic maps, regional discovery |
| Analytics and performance measurement | Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Google Analytics 4 | Page views, referrers, device details, approximate region, performance metrics, interaction events | Site analytics, product improvement, measuring phone-number taps, quiz milestones, CTAs, and similar interactions |
| Advertising measurement | Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, advertising pixels, or server-side conversion events | Coarse campaign and conversion events, subject to Privacy settings and browser opt-out signals | Campaign measurement; quiz responses and health preferences are not provided to advertising platforms |
We do not sell personal information or disclose personal information to data brokers. We do not send quiz answers, health preferences, email addresses, phone numbers, account ids, or recommendation results to advertising platforms.
Service providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate. We require service providers to use the data only to provide services to us and to protect it in accordance with applicable law.
Public Directory and Review Data
longevity.io publishes a directory of clinics, specialists, diagnostics, telehealth services, and organizations. Directory information may come from public websites, public profiles, provider materials, third-party platforms, and our own editorial review.
Provider profiles may include review summaries or ratings from public third-party sources. To help visitors compare providers, we may summarize publicly available reviews and link to the original review sources when available. Directory inclusion is not an endorsement, and users should verify credentials, licensing, services, and suitability independently.
If you are listed in the directory and believe information is inaccurate, outdated, or should be reviewed, contact us at info@longevity.io. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational needs.
| Data Type | Retention Approach |
|---|---|
| Account data | Kept while the account is active. Deleted or anonymized after a verified deletion request, subject to legal and security exceptions. |
| Session and auth records | Kept as needed to operate secure sign-in and account sessions. |
| Anonymous quiz attempts | Kept to provide quiz results, resume behavior, and account handoff. We are still setting a precise cleanup schedule. |
| Quiz attempts linked to an account | Kept while the account is active unless you request deletion. |
| Newsletter subscriber data | Kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to suppression-list requirements. |
| Support communications | Kept as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of the issue, generally up to two years unless a longer period is required. |
| Server and security logs | Kept for a limited operational period and then deleted or anonymized. |
| Public directory data | Kept while the listing remains relevant, public, or editorially useful, subject to correction requests and applicable law. |
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information.

California and Other U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states may have similar rights under state privacy laws.
We do not sell personal information. If analytics, advertising, or marketing measurement creates a sharing, targeted advertising, or similar opt-out right under applicable state law, you can turn off Marketing, change your Privacy settings, use Global Privacy Control, or contact us.
Categories of personal information we may collect include:
- Identifiers, such as email address, account identifiers, provider account identifiers, and IP address.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, secure authentication, provider-managed infrastructure controls, and operational monitoring.
