These Terms apply when you use longevity.io, including the public site, directory, Learn content, Longevity Blueprint quiz, account features, and related communications.

longevity.io is operated by Super Human Media, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use longevity.io. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of longevity.io complies with the laws that apply to you.

What longevity.io Provides

longevity.io provides educational content, directory information, comparison tools, and the Longevity Blueprint quiz to help people understand longevity medicine and related services.

This information may come from public sources, provider websites, third-party services, provider materials, and our editorial review.

Directory inclusion does not mean that we endorse, verify, recommend, credential, supervise, or guarantee a provider or service.

Longevity Blueprint Quiz

The Longevity Blueprint quiz asks about goals, budget, care preferences, location or travel comfort, and related wellness context. It is designed to help you decide what to research or discuss with a qualified professional next.

The quiz does not diagnose disease, determine medical necessity, prescribe treatment, or replace professional medical judgment. Quiz results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for verifying any recommendation with a qualified professional before taking action.

If you choose to create an account or sign in after taking the quiz, your quiz attempt may be associated with your account so you can view results later. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Some features may require an account. Account access may use Google sign-in and email sign-in links rather than user-created passwords.

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account, Google account, device, and browser session secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being misused, violates these Terms, threatens site security, or creates legal or operational risk.

Directory Information

Directory profiles may include public business details, provider descriptions, service categories, location information, pricing signals, public review summaries, and editorial context.

AI may help draft or organize text, but it is not a source. Humans are responsible for the final published page.

We may update, remove, reclassify, or rewrite content at any time. We do not guarantee that any page reflects the latest provider information, scientific consensus, regulatory status, or clinical guidance.

Commercial Relationships

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming or California, USA, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
