Train Smarter. Recover Faster. Live Longer.

Diagnostics-led training, VO2 max testing, and cryo/hyperbaric recovery in one Warsaw performance lab

About

Longevity Sport Lab is a Warsaw performance and longevity facility from the broader Longevity Center group. The model is simple: measure how the body performs, build training from that baseline, then use recovery technology to support adaptation. A client can move from VO2 max, body composition, breathing, strength, and mobility testing into personalized training and then into cryo, hyperbaric, infrared, or red-light recovery without leaving the facility. The offer is built for athletes, active professionals, and people who want a coached, data-aware way to train and recover.

What to Know

Signature approach

The operating model is a measure, train, recover loop. Functional tests establish the baseline, a coach turns that into strength, mobility, neurocognitive, or sport-specific work, and recovery sessions are matched to training load. The Longevity Passport app gives the coach one place to review wearable, lab, and lifestyle signals between visits.

What sets them apart

  • One-floor loop. Diagnostics, coached training, and recovery technology sit inside the same Warsaw facility, so the user experience feels more like a guided performance program than separate testing, gym, and recovery appointments.
  • Longevity Center backing. The team connects to the broader Longevity Center ecosystem, giving LSL clinic-network context while keeping the offer clearly sport, training, and recovery oriented.
  • Recovery-tech depth. Cryochamber, hyperbaric chamber, infrared sauna, and red light therapy are available alongside VO2 max, body-composition, strength, and mobility testing.
  • Credible sport leadership. Sport Director Paweł Rzepecki brings Polish elite-tennis preparation experience, including the national women's BJK Cup squad.

Before You Book

  • Program shape. The full model is built around repeated measurement, coached training, and recovery sessions. Single sessions exist, but the strongest use case is an ongoing plan.
  • Pricing questions. Membership, package, and single-session pricing lives in PLN. Ask which diagnostics, coach reviews, and recovery sessions are included in the plan you choose.
  • Insurance. This is private-pay performance and longevity work. Polish public insurance does not cover it, and US HSA/FSA rules do not apply.

Costs are organized around 3-, 6-, and 12-month memberships, multi-session packages, and single sessions. The real spend depends on how much diagnostic testing, coached training, and recovery technology is included in the plan you choose. Exact PLN prices are in the Polish membership and package PDFs, so the useful next question is not just "what is the monthly price?" but "which tests, coach reviews, recovery sessions, and app-supported follow-up are included?" This is private-pay work in Poland; NFZ does not cover performance or longevity programs, and US HSA/FSA rules do not apply.

Insurance: Self Pay · HSA/FSA: Not Eligible

US HSA/FSA accounts do not apply to a Polish private-pay facility. Polish public insurance (NFZ) does not cover performance or longevity programs either, so engagements are paid direct in PLN.

Frequently asked questions

What is Longevity Sport Lab?

Longevity Sport Lab is a Warsaw performance and longevity facility from the Longevity Center group. It combines functional diagnostics, personalized training, and recovery technology in one coach-guided program.

How does the program usually start?

The first step is a baseline: VO2 max, body composition, breathing, strength, mobility, and related functional testing depending on the plan. A coach uses that data to shape training and recovery sessions.

What recovery technology is available?

The Warsaw facility lists a cryochamber, hyperbaric chamber, infrared sauna, and red-light therapy, paired with the same training and diagnostic floor rather than treated as a separate spa menu.

Can you book a one-off visit?

Yes, single sessions are part of the offer, but the main model is a longer relationship through 3-, 6-, or 12-month memberships and multi-session packages.

Does insurance cover it?

No. This is private-pay performance and longevity work in Poland. NFZ coverage does not apply, and international clients should expect direct payment in PLN.

Is the women-focused programming a separate track?

No. The site frames hormone-informed training, sex-specific recovery, neuroperformance, nutrition, and regeneration technology as part of how programs are adjusted, not as a separate product line.
