Damian Kamiński

Damian's coaching starts from power and movement quality. Throws preparation depends on strength, technical timing, and keeping the body healthy enough to absorb heavy work, and that transfers well to adult clients who need more force, better mechanics, or a more resilient training base. At LSL, the same principles can be paired with testing and recovery instead of standing alone as gym programming.

• Olympic-cycle coaching experience. His career includes Polish discus and shot-put athletes prepared for Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, plus a listing in the Polish athletics coaches' lexicon for Paris.
• Athlete-to-coach path. A 13-year discus career and European U23 final give him first-hand power-sport experience before the coaching layer.
• Commercial training transition. He stepped out of federation coaching in 2025 and now brings that elite-strength background into personal training at LSL.
