How do I prepare for the blood draw?

Is a doctor's order required?
No. InsideTracker arranges medical authorization as part of your purchase. There is no clinician consultation included with the Ultimate test — recommendations are AI-generated by SegterraX and reviewed by the InsideTracker science team. Results are designed to be shared with your personal physician.
Is the Ultimate Blood Test HSA/FSA eligible?

Can I transfer my test to someone else?
Yes. After purchase, log in to your account, click "Orders," then click "Transfer" under your available test. Enter the recipient's name and email. Tests are transferable and valid for 2 years from purchase.
Who can use InsideTracker?
Adults 18 or older. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while trying to conceive — the personalized optimal zones don't currently account for those biological changes. International customers outside the US and Canada can use the upload-results Membership only.
