About
Wild Health Precision Medicine is the company's nationwide telehealth program for US adults, with providers licensed in all 50 states and no required clinic visit. Onboarding pairs a mailed DNA saliva kit with bloodwork at a local LabCorp. Results feed Clarity, which reads 700,000+ SNPs and 200 biomarkers into a personalized report. Each member works with a precision-medicine physician and health coach by video and async messaging, with quarterly retesting used to adjust the plan over time.
What to Know
Signature approach
Care runs as a repeat loop: DNA and labs first, physician planning once Clarity is ready, coaching during implementation, and quarterly retesting to adjust the plan. The model is built for ongoing behavior and biomarker change rather than a one-time consult.
What sets them apart
- Genome-up planning. The 700,000+ SNP panel is selected for clinical relevance, then interpreted alongside fresh biomarker data.
- Nationwide physician model. Members can work by video in all 50 states, with bloodwork through LabCorp and imaging coordinated locally when needed.
- TruAge included. TruDiagnostic ties put TruAge epigenetic testing inside the standard baseline workup.
Before You Book
- Medication scope: Wild Health cannot prescribe testosterone, peptides, amphetamines, opiates, benzodiazepines, or other DEA-scheduled medications.
- Insurance check: Confirm state-specific insurance, HSA/FSA, and superbill details before you start.
- Timing: DNA results take 4-6 weeks, so coaching can begin before the full Clarity plan is ready.
- Eligibility: The program is for US patients age 18+.
How it works
- 1
Onboarding
Complete the at-home DNA test, get bloodwork at a local LabCorp, fill out the medical intake, and meet your health coach.
- 2
Planning
Once DNA results return in about 4-6 weeks, meet with your physician to review the Clarity report, set goals, and map the care plan.
- 3
Implementation
Work on nutrition, exercise, sleep, supplementation, and other lifestyle changes with regular health coach support.
- 4
Optimization
Repeat labs quarterly, review what changed with your physician, set new goals, and refine the plan.

Wild Health cannot prescribe DEA-scheduled medications, including testosterone for standard TRT, peptides, amphetamines, opiates, or benzodiazepines.
