Wild Health
Concierge precision medicine for healthspan, performance, and long-term prevention
Genetics-first concierge care with 700K-SNP DNA analysis, 200-biomarker labs, and physician-and-coach follow-up
About
Wild Health is a concierge precision medicine practice founded in 2018 by emergency medicine physicians Matthew Dawson, MD and Mike Mallin, MD. The program combines a 700,000+ SNP genetic analysis, the Diamond Lab Panel with 200 biomarkers, TruAge epigenetic testing, and biometric data inside Clarity, Wild Health's precision medicine algorithm. Members work with a physician-and-coach team that turns those inputs into an ongoing plan for nutrition, sleep, recovery, performance, and chronic-disease risk. Jeffrey Graham, MD, MPH now leads the clinical practice as Chief Medical Officer.
What to Know
Signature approach
Care starts with a mailed saliva DNA kit and a local LabCorp blood draw. Those results feed Clarity, which combines genetics, the 200-biomarker panel, TruAge epigenetic age, biometrics, and lifestyle data into a personalized report. A precision-medicine physician and dedicated health coach then manage the plan through video visits, async messaging, quarterly retesting, and lifestyle-first interventions.
What sets them apart
- Genetic depth. Wild Health's proprietary DNA test reads 700,000+ SNPs selected for clinical relevance, then uses that genetic foundation to personalize nutrition, training, recovery, supplementation, and risk tracking.
- Care team access. The program pairs physician review with ongoing health coaching instead of handing the member a static report.
- Epigenetic testing built in. Ties to TruDiagnostic make TruAge biological-age testing part of the baseline workup rather than an optional outsourced add-on.
Before You Book
- Prescription scope: Wild Health can prescribe many non-scheduled medications, but not DEA-scheduled drugs such as testosterone, peptides, amphetamines, opiates, or benzodiazepines. Use a separate prescriber if those are central to your plan.
- Insurance check: Coverage varies by state and plan. Confirm insurance, HSA/FSA use, and superbill handling during intake.
- Timing: DNA results take 4-6 weeks. Coaching can start sooner, but the full genomics-driven plan waits on those results.
- Program fit: Choose between Standard, Premium Peak, and inquiry-only Premium Elite based on how much physician access, advanced testing, and care coordination you want.

Frequently asked questions
What does Wild Health do?
Wild Health is a concierge precision medicine practice. A proprietary 700,000+ SNP genetic analysis, a 200-biomarker blood panel, and epigenetic age testing feed Clarity, the in-house precision medicine algorithm. A physician and health coach use that report to build and manage the care plan.
Do you accept insurance?
Wild Health has historically been self-pay. Some major insurers are now accepted in select states, so confirm your state and plan during intake. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and superbills are available for reimbursement requests.
Can the service be used entirely via telehealth?
Yes. Providers are licensed in all 50 states, video visits are standard, and bloodwork is completed at a local LabCorp. Members are not required to travel to the Lexington, KY clinic.
What medications can Wild Health prescribe?
Wild Health can prescribe many non-scheduled medications but cannot prescribe DEA-scheduled drugs, including testosterone, peptides, amphetamines, opiates, and benzodiazepines. Members seeking TRT or peptide protocols need a separate prescriber for that part of care.
Who is eligible to become a member?
US patients aged 18 or older. International patients are not currently accepted, and minors are excluded due to restrictions around DNA testing in that age group.
