Order and activate your kit
Order online; the collection kit ships to your home with everything needed for both panels included in one box.

Collect a fingerstick blood spot
Use the included pain-free lancet to prick your finger and dab a few drops of blood onto the collection card. Both TruAge and TruHealth assays run off the same dried-blood-spot sample.

Ship the sample back
Return the card using the prepaid FedEx materials provided in the kit.

Review your results
