About
FemGevity Telehealth is the virtual care path for the company's menopause, hormone, longevity, and gut-health programs. Users choose a plan, complete intake, coordinate labs or a gut test, and meet by video with a women's-health nurse practitioner or physician. Care can include bioidentical hormones, peptides, nutraceuticals, supplements, CGM tracking, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle planning. Core prescribing plans operate in CA, NY, NJ, TX, and FL; New Start and Gut Balancing are available nationwide.

What to Know
Signature approach
The service pairs virtual visits with local testing. Hormone Balancing uses at-home or in-office bloodwork and a 100+ biomarker panel before treatment planning. 360 Longevity expands the workup to 200+ markers, while Gut Balancing centers on an at-home microbiome kit. After review, the care plan can combine hormone therapy, prescriptions, peptides, supplements, nutrition, and monthly check-ins.
What sets them apart
- Clear plan ladder. Users can choose existing-labs support, full hormone workup, broad longevity testing, gut-focused care, or a single Precision Care visit.
- Women's-health roster. The clinical team includes OB/GYN physicians, internal medicine, and women's-health nurse practitioners with menopause-specific experience.
- Care coordination model. FemGevity can work direct-to-consumer or alongside a patient's existing doctor, with Athena Health used for portal records and follow-up.
Before You Book
- State coverage changes the plan menu. Prescribing plans and Precision Care are limited to CA, NY, NJ, TX, and FL; New Start and Gut Balancing are nationwide.
- Labs happen locally. Virtual visits still require blood draws or kits through a licensed phlebotomist, partner office, or at-home collection.
- Memberships are flexible. Monthly plans can be canceled, while Gut Balancing and Precision Care are one-time options.

- 3
Coordinate testing

- 4
Review results with a clinician
Meet virtually with a nurse practitioner or physician to interpret labs, symptom patterns, risks, and priorities.
- 5
Build the care plan
The plan may include bioidentical hormone therapy, prescriptions, peptides, supplements, nutrition, CGM, sleep, and lifestyle changes.

Additional details
Medication and prescribing detailsFine-print prescribing, pharmacy, and state-professional-corporation details.
FemGevity prescribing happens after virtual evaluation and lab review by state-licensed nurse practitioners or physicians. The menu can include bioidentical estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, peptides, pharmaceuticals, and supplements when clinically appropriate. Testosterone is Schedule III in the US, so availability depends on state rules, plan type, clinician judgment, and the patient's labs and history. Hormone, longevity, and Precision Care prescribing currently runs in CA, NY, NJ, TX, and FL; New Start and Gut Balancing are nationwide support paths.
