Michele Wispelwey, MBA is FemGevity's founder and CEO. Before launching the company, she spent more than 18 years in women's health diagnostics through LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, and Accurate Diagnostics, where she led women's health services across molecular diagnostics, genetics, and cytology. That career explains FemGevity's testing-led model: broad panels first, then specialist interpretation and care planning. Wispelwey co-founded FemGevity in 2022 with certified nurse-midwife Kristin Mallon, CNM, MS, RNC-OB and now leads strategy, operations, partnerships, and the company's femtech presence.
