Thomas Hargreave is the founder and CEO of Aetas Diagnostics. Before healthcare, he spent two decades in fashion and media, moving from modeling into production work through Six Agency and Stage7, board roles tied to Danish fashion, and international shoots connected to names such as Mario Testino and Louis Vuitton. His shift toward precision medicine followed his father's 2017 hospitalization at Rigshospitalet, where he spent months close to the clinical process and medical literature. Aetas launched in 2020, with Hargreave now leading CEO work, R&D direction, partnerships, and the wider Aetas group.
