Nicolai Juel is Co-Founder and COO of Aetas Diagnostics. He trained at Aarhus University in Economics and Management, worked at Bain & Company, and moved through operating roles at Novo Nordisk and Danish Crown Foods before joining Monstarlab as VP/Partner and Global Sector Lead for Health & Life Sciences. There, he helped build the health-tech sector and advised leadership teams on operating models across multiple regions. At Aetas, his role is the systems side of the business: operations, scaling, and commercial structure.
