YDUN — Milano
Assessment-gated ARX strength training, VO2max, CGM, biomarkers, sauna, and cold plunge steps from the Duomo
Strength is everything.
Strength-led longevity studio pairing ARX training, VO2max, CGM, biomarkers, and SoLongevity consults
YDUN is a Milan strength-and-longevity studio built around a simple premise: strength is one of the most measurable levers for healthspan. Founder Christian Blomberg opened the Via Palazzo Reale flagship in 2025 after a multi-million-euro pre-seed round led by Limestone Capital. Members start with a paid assessment, then train in short, supervised sessions on adaptive-resistance and measurement-driven equipment. The longevity tier adds blood biomarkers, CGM, resting metabolism, and a doctor consult through SoLongevity.
The model starts with measurement, then turns the data into strength work. Entry assessments cover body composition and strength; higher tiers add VO2max, the Ydun Core 40-biomarker panel, a 15-day CGM, resting metabolism, nutrition support, and a SoLongevity doctor consult. Training runs through ARX adaptive resistance, InBody, VALD, Cosmed, Carol, Wattbike, and related systems so progress is logged instead of guessed.

YDUN is quote-based after the studio tour. The financial commitment starts with a paid assessment, then moves into one of the membership tiers: Strength, Performance, Longevity+, or Flex. The assessment tier matters because it determines what is included: body composition and strength baseline at entry, VO2max at the performance level, and the Omega panel, Ydun Core 40-biomarker blood test, resting metabolism, 15-day CGM, nutritionist support, and SoLongevity doctor consult at the longevity level. Plan on private-pay billing in euros. Blood work can route through a member's own insurance or lab if it meets YDUN's marker requirements, but the studio does not bill insurance directly.
Insurance: Self Pay · HSA/FSA: Not Eligible
US HSA/FSA accounts do not apply to a private Italian studio. Italy's SSN public system does not cover this kind of premium strength, diagnostics, and longevity-membership program, so members should budget in euros as private pay.
It sits between the two. The daily experience is supervised strength training, but entry is assessment-gated and the Longevity tier adds blood biomarkers, CGM, resting metabolism, and a doctor consult through SoLongevity.
Yes. YDUN requires a paid assessment before membership. The entry level covers body composition and strength; higher tiers add VO2max, bloodwork, CGM, nutrition support, and physician review.
Pricing is quote-based after a studio tour and assessment recommendation. The public materials name the assessment and membership tiers, but final euro pricing is shared privately.
YDUN does not bill insurance directly. Bloodwork can route through a member's own insurance or lab if it meets YDUN's marker requirements, but the overall membership should be treated as private pay.
Not yet. YDUN lists London Marylebone as coming soon, while Milan Duomo is the only operational studio in the current directory data.
