About
Longevity Medicine Institute Double Bay is a Transvaal Avenue clinic in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs built for scheduled program days rather than drop-in visits. Patients move through doctor consults, diagnostics, movement testing, cognitive screening, and allied-health review from one hub. Virtual delivery is reserved for interstate and international patients; the in-person LMI experience centers on this Double Bay program-day model.

What to Know
Signature approach
Visits are structured as program blocks. A shorter tier may cover baseline medical, metabolic, body-composition, exercise, and nutrition assessment; the deeper tiers add cognitive testing, imaging, genetics, biological-age work, and year-long follow-up. The Double Bay clinic is where those pieces get sequenced into one patient day instead of being scattered across separate appointments.
What sets them apart
- Program-day hub. Every in-person LMI tier runs through the Double Bay clinic, so diagnostics, consults, and allied-health review stay in one visit flow.
- Long-form program days. Assessments run from 2.5 to 7 hours, which changes the visit from a consult into a structured diagnostic day.
- Eastern Suburbs setting. LMI sits in Double Bay's village retail core rather than the CBD or Macquarie Street medical corridor, giving Sydney patients a different access pattern.
Before You Book
- Set aside real time. Program days can run from 2.5 to 7 hours depending on tier.
- Start with scope, not just services. The same clinic can support a short baseline or a year-long program, so clarify how much follow-up you want before choosing a tier.
- Use virtual if you are not local. Interstate and international patients are routed through the remote version of the program model.
- Private-pay posture. The location serves LMI's AUD self-pay programs; quote-based tiers are finalized through intake.

Pricing
Starting at
A$900
One-time A$900 Essential Longevity Blood Biomarker Package, the lowest publicly priced diagnostic package
In practiceAdd-ons, payment details, and coverage limits.
LMI has two pricing layers. Public diagnostic packages are A$900 for Essential Longevity Blood Biomarkers, A$2,500 for Blood + Gut Microbiome, and A$3,500 for Full-Body Longevity MRI. The five program tiers are quote-based, so Precision Health, Cognitive & Performance, Core, Fortis, and Infinitum require a discovery call before final pricing is set. Fortis and Infinitum are the premium commitments: full-body MRI, genetics, gut microbiome testing, retesting, and year-long doctor-led follow-up point to a five-figure concierge envelope. Australian private pay; HSA/FSA does not apply.
Insurance: Self Pay · HSA/FSA: Not Eligible
HSA/FSA are US accounts and do not apply to an Australian clinic billing in AUD. LMI presents the longevity programs as private-pay care rather than Medicare-funded primary care.
