Sydney doctor-led longevity programs with same-day diagnostics, virtual options, and quote-based concierge tiers

About

Longevity Medicine Institute (LMI) is a doctor-led longevity clinic in Sydney's Double Bay, founded by Adam Brown, MB ChB with Baiba Brown running operations. The practice organizes care around five in-house programs, from a 2.5-hour Precision Health assessment to the 7-hour LMI Infinitum concierge tier with year-long follow-up. Program days can combine doctor consults, blood work, DEXA, VO2 max, cognitive testing, full-body MRI, genetic screening, gut microbiome analysis, and allied-health review. Non-Sydney patients can use virtual program delivery with remote diagnostics and telehealth consults, while local patients can also buy select diagnostic packages a la carte.

What to Know

Signature approach

Care starts with a discovery call, then moves into a scheduled assessment day or virtual pathway. The shorter programs establish a doctor-led baseline; Core adds broader imaging, cognitive, cardiovascular, and biological-age testing; Fortis and Infinitum extend into year-long follow-up. The working model is prevention through measurement: gather the baseline, interpret it with the clinical team, then turn it into a plan the patient can revisit over time.

What sets them apart

  • Program ladder with real depth. The five tiers let a patient choose between a shorter baseline, a cognitive-performance assessment, a comprehensive one-day workup, or year-long concierge care.
  • In-house multidisciplinary team. Doctors work with a women's-health physician, clinical psychologist, nutritionist, physiotherapist, patient coordinator, and private longevity chef.
  • Diagnostics beyond blood work. Higher tiers can include full-body MRI, DEXA, VO2 max, EEG, VR cognitive testing, CT calcium scoring, carotid and liver ultrasound, genetics, biological-age testing, and gut microbiome analysis.
  • Sydney plus virtual access. Double Bay is the physical hub, while virtual programs support interstate and international patients.

Before You Book

  • Expect a quote-based program fit. The major program tiers route through a short discovery call before final pricing and scope are set.
  • Choose the right depth. Use the shorter tiers for a baseline; Fortis and Infinitum make more sense when year-long follow-up and a broader team matter.
  • Plan around private pay. Treat LMI programs as AUD self-pay and confirm any Medicare or private-insurance questions during intake.
  • Remote patients have a path. Interstate and international clients use the virtual version rather than the Double Bay program day.
