About
Longevity Care is Healthspan's flagship telehealth membership. Members complete an online assessment, get matched with a prescribing physician and PhD-level coach, run a 70+ biomarker baseline through a partner lab, and track progress in the MySpan app. The care plan can stay lifestyle-and-lab focused or add prescriptions such as rapamycin, metformin, hormones, GLP-1s, or supplements. Coaching runs through portal messaging and sessions, while repeat labs keep protocol changes tied to data.
What to Know
Signature approach
The service works as a coach-plus-physician loop. Coaches translate labs into exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, and adherence work; physicians handle diagnosis, prescribing, and medication adjustments. MySpan keeps biomarkers and biological-age tracking visible between draws, so the membership behaves more like an ongoing protocol system than a one-off telehealth visit.
What sets them apart
- PhD-level coaching inside the membership. Members get coaching depth alongside physician access, not a prescription-only workflow.
- Geroscience formulary. Rapamycin, metformin, acarbose, SGLT2 inhibitors, LDN, methylene blue, hormones, GLP-1s, and targeted supplements can be assembled by protocol.
- Built-in biomarker cadence. Baseline and follow-up testing are part of the membership, with MySpan tracking changes over time.
Before You Book
- State fit. Lab orders are unavailable in NY, NJ, and RI; some compounded medications may have limits in LA, MN, and NC.
- Monthly spend varies. The membership is the base. Prescriptions, supplements, and extra panels determine the real total.
- Remote workflow. Expect portal messaging, coach sessions, local lab draws, and mail-order medications. There are no in-person clinic visits.
- Testing scope. No imaging, DEXA, MRI, or body-composition scan is built into the membership.
How it works
- 1
Online assessment
A short intake captures medical history, symptoms, goals, current medications, and the areas the member wants to optimize.
- 2
Care-team match
Healthspan matches the member with a prescribing physician and a coach, then sets up the portal, MySpan tracking, and baseline lab plan.
- 3
Baseline labs
Members complete the 70+ biomarker baseline through Quest, Labcorp, BioReference, or another partner draw site where available.
- 4
Protocol design
The physician and coach use labs and goals to build the starting plan, which may include lifestyle work, supplements, or prescriptions such as rapamycin, metformin, hormones, or GLP-1s.
- 5
Coaching and retesting
Coaches support exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress, and habit execution through portal messaging and sessions; repeat labs keep the protocol tied to biomarker changes.

Pricing
From
$99/mo
$99/mo membership covering labs, coaching, physician access, and MySpan tracking; prescriptions and extra panels bill separately.
Pricing detailsBilling cadence, medication costs, insurance, cancellation, and refund notes.
Membership floor: $99/mo covers the platform, baseline and follow-up lab testing, PhD-level coaching, physician access, and MySpan tracking. Add-ons: prescriptions and supplements bill separately by item, so a rapamycin/metformin stack is a different budget than a GLP-1 or hormone protocol. Subscriptions renew monthly or quarterly and can be paused or canceled in the portal. Healthspan is self-pay; HSA/FSA cards are accepted, and reimbursement paperwork is available. Shipping is included for prescriptions the program dispenses.
