About

Defy Medical Telehealth is the company's main national care pathway for hormone optimization and related longevity programs. It covers TRT, BHRT, perimenopause and menopause, GLP-1 weight loss, peptide therapy, thyroid therapy, ED and FSD prescribing, and hair loss. Care is built around lab work, a recent physical exam, a synchronous video consult, and ongoing follow-up through the patient portal. Prescriptions are fulfilled through partner pharmacy vendors and shipped to the patient when appropriate.

What to Know

Signature approach

The telehealth pathway starts with paperwork, comprehensive labs, and a recent physical exam before prescribing. The initial video consult reviews lab values, symptoms, history, and treatment goals, then turns that information into a protocol. Follow-up labs and consults happen after three months, then every six months for ongoing hormone care. The same portal handles appointments, lab orders, medication orders, supplies, and supplements.

What sets them apart

  • Lab work before prescriptions. Defy requires comprehensive labs and a recent physical exam, giving the visit more clinical context than a symptom-only intake.
  • Broad hormone and sexual-health scope. TRT, BHRT, menopause, ED, FSD, thyroid, GLP-1s, peptides, and hair loss sit in one care model.
  • Women's hormone care is central. BHRT, perimenopause, menopause, FSD, and women's hormone panels are built into the program instead of being treated as an afterthought.
  • No subscription lock-in. Patients pay for visits, labs, medications, and add-ons as they use them.

Before You Book

  • Confirm your first-year cost. Labs, consults, medications, supplies, and follow-up are separate charges.
  • Check state and lab access. Lab work is required, and lab-vendor limits affect NY, NJ, PA, RI, and MA.
  • Understand testosterone rules. TRT is Schedule III care and depends on current telemedicine prescribing rules.
  • Ask about peptide status. Some listed peptides are research-oriented and not FDA-approved therapeutics.
  • Use Tampa for in-person procedures. Pellets, PRP, shockwave, IV therapy, and ketamine are not remote services.

How it works

  1. 1

    Get Started intake

Complete Defy Medical's New Patient Paperwork via the Get Started form to begin onboarding.

  2. 2

Comprehensive lab panel + Physical Exam

Order labs through the Patient Portal and draw at LabCorp or Quest, or schedule Getlabs mobile phlebotomy. A recently completed Physical Exam (within 6 months) is required to begin care.

  3. 3

Initial Consultation (up to 1 hour)

Synchronous video consult with a Defy Medical provider. Review lab results, symptoms, history, and treatment goals; the provider builds an individualized protocol.

  4. 4

    Prescriptions and supplies via portal

Order medications, supplies, and supplements through the online Patient Portal. Compounded and brand medications ship from Defy's network of Pharmacy Vendors directly to the patient.

  5. 5

    Three-month follow-up

First follow-up consultation plus a follow-up lab panel three months after the initial consult to assess response and adjust the protocol.

  6. 6

    Ongoing six-month follow-ups

After the first year, follow-up consults and lab panels run every six months. Additional consults can be booked at the patient's discretion.
