In active metros, the membership can extend beyond virtual care into physician house calls, mobile IV therapy, mobile imaging, blood draws, cardiac screening, pediatric services, and longevity protocols.

Signature approach
The service runs as a virtual-first concierge loop. Members start with onboarding labs and a telehealth visit, then the concierge team coordinates what needs to happen next: virtual follow-up, house call, mobile IV, imaging, lab draw, specialist referral, or travel-care support. The member does not have to route every need through a clinic visit.
What sets them apart
- Mobile diagnostics and treatment. Ultrasound, Doppler, echocardiogram, EKG, X-ray, IV therapy, labs, and house calls can come to the member's address in active metros.
- Adult plus pediatric coverage. The Family plan and pediatric service line make this broader than a typical executive-only concierge membership.
- Premium tier bundles heavier care. Premium and Family can include annual physicals, full-body MRI or cardiology workup, PNOE metabolic analysis, quarterly vitamin drips, and transportation support.
Before You Book
- Local delivery is metro-based. The strongest version of the service is in New York, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Outside those areas, expect more reliance on telehealth, prescription delivery, and at-home labs.
- First month costs more. Onboarding is equal to one month of dues, so the first payment is roughly double the monthly tier unless prepaid annually.
- Confirm clinical scope. Ask about state-by-state telehealth coverage, controlled-substance policy, lab partner, imaging partner, and medication vendors during intake.

Membership starts at $5,000/yr or $500/mo for Base. Plus is $750/mo or $7,500/yr, Premium is $1,000/mo or $10,000/yr, and Family is $1,750/mo or $17,500/yr for up to four people. A one-time onboarding fee equal to one month of dues applies at sign-up. Each tier includes a limited monthly allotment of longevity services, with extra services billed at a tier-based discount.
