Concierge membership with 24/7 telehealth, in-home physician visits, mobile imaging, IV therapy, and longevity services in select metros
About
Casa Health is a membership-based concierge practice built around care at home. Members get 24/7 telehealth, prescription support, in-home physician visits, mobile diagnostics, mobile IV therapy, at-home labs, and access to longevity services such as NAD+/NR infusions, GLP-1 weight therapy, hormone therapy, PNOE metabolic analysis, and biologics. The in-person footprint is active in New York, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, and San Diego, while at-home lab testing is described as nationwide.
What to Know
Signature approach
Casa runs a virtual-first, mobile-delivery model. A member starts with onboarding labs and a telehealth consultation, then uses a dedicated concierge liaison to coordinate house calls, imaging, IV therapy, labs, referrals, travel care, and ongoing follow-up. The membership tiers define how much longevity and diagnostic support is included each month.
What sets them apart
- Care comes to the member. Physician house calls, phlebotomy, IV therapy, ultrasound, Doppler, echocardiogram, EKG, and X-ray can be delivered at a home, hotel, office, or estate in active metros.
- Family and pediatric fit. Founder Fidel Garcia, MD is board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric emergency medicine, which makes the family and pediatric concierge track more credible than a typical adult-only concierge plan.
- High-touch diagnostics. Premium tiers can include annual physicals, PNOE metabolic analysis, full-body MRI or cardiology workup, mobile imaging, and quarterly vitamin drips.
Before You Book
- Geography matters. In-home service is active in New York, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, and San Diego. South Florida, Chicago, and London are announced, but not modeled here as active delivery markets.
- Membership is tiered. Onboarding adds another month of dues at sign-up, and higher tiers include more longevity, diagnostic, and family support.
- Ask about local partners. Medication brands, imaging partners, lab partners, and specialty vendors may vary by market or program.

In practiceAdd-ons, payment details, and coverage limits.
Casa Health is a self-pay concierge membership. Individual tiers are $500/mo $750/mo or $1,000/mo, and the Family plan is $1,750/mo for up to four people. Annual prepay reduces the run-rate to $5,000/yr $7,500/yr $10,000/yr or $17,500/yr. First-year cash outlay is higher if paid monthly because onboarding costs one additional month of dues. Longevity services are capped by tier, so extra NAD+/NR infusions, GLP-1 programs, biologics, MRI/cardiology workups, or specialty services may add cost beyond the membership.
