Care starts with a multi-omics baseline: genomics, gut microbiome, epigenetic-aging proxies, and physical assessments. The membership then turns those results into daily app guidance, periodic retesting, and specialist review. Core repeats annually, Precision every 6-12 months, and Elite every 3-6 months, with higher tiers adding more direct physician and scientist input.

• Subscription model. Diagnostics, app access, AI coaching, and some bioactives are bundled into monthly tiers instead of sold as isolated tests.
• One Dubai chart across specialties. Cardiology, internal medicine, gastroenterology, dentistry, psychology, aesthetics, and dietetics can all work from the same genomic and microbiome baseline.
• BioAro connection. Sequencing, bioinformatics, and AI tooling connect back to sister company BioAro Inc, giving Biongevity more control over the data layer than a clinic using only outside lab reports.
• Serious advisory bench. The board includes George P. Patrinos, a pharmacogenomics professor at the University of Patras and Greece's representative on the EMA Pharmacogenomics Working Party.

• Plan for Al Barsha. In-person care runs from the Dubai office on Sheikh Zayed Road, so international users should plan around travel.
• Remote care is still limited. The virtual longevity clinic is in waitlist/pre-launch mode; the app and AI coach are live, but remote clinical visits are not presented as a full replacement for Dubai care.
• Membership is the door in. Consultations are not separately priced as a clean à la carte path.
• USD billing. All tiers price in USD despite the UAE clinic, so recurring charges may include currency conversion or card-network fees.
