Melanie Goldey is the CEO of Tally Health, the David Sinclair-co-founded consumer biotech behind the TallyAge epigenetic-age test and a supplement subscription. She joined as CEO in September 2022, ahead of the company's March 2023 launch, and continues to lead the consumer business after Infinite Epigenetics (parent of TruDiagnostic) acquired Tally in April 2026. Before Tally she was COO and CFO of TMRW Life Sciences, a fertility-tech company managing IVF specimens; CFO of Refinery29, where she led the merger with Vice Media Group; and SVP at Everyday Health Group through its IPO and subsequent acquisition. She started her career as a technology and media investment banker at J.P. Morgan.
