About

Caroline Currie is SVP Product at InsideTracker, where she leads consumer product across the platform's blood biomarker, DNA, and wearable analytics experience. She joined InsideTracker in August 2025 from Verily (Alphabet's life-sciences company), where she was Head of Product, Digital Measures — hired as the first product leader on a clinical-grade wrist device program. Earlier she spent four years at Eko Health in clinical research and product leadership across cardiology AI, and three years at Apple Health Studies as an engineering project manager and engineering manager. Her foundation is clinical research — earlier roles include the UCSF Bakar Fitness & Recreation Center, Boston Children's Hospital, and Maine Medical Center. Currie graduated from Bowdoin College in 2008 and self-identifies as bringing an athlete's mentality to healthtech product work.

What to Know

Signature approach

Currie owns the consumer product surface at InsideTracker: the member dashboard, Terra AI assistant, recommendation outputs, and wearable integrations across Garmin, Fitbit, Apple Health, and Oura. She translates the platform’s biomarker, DNA, and lifestyle analysis into an experience a member can actually use. Across Verily, Eko Health, and Apple Health Studies, the thread is consumer health product work built on clinical-grade inputs.

What sets them apart

  • Verily and Apple Health Studies pedigree. Most recent role was Head of Product, Digital Measures at Verily (Alphabet life-sciences); three prior years on Apple Health Studies as an engineering manager. Both organizations sit at the consumer-meets-clinical-grade boundary that InsideTracker operates in.
  • Clinical research foundation. Earlier career in clinical research roles at UCSF Bakar Fitness, Boston Children's Hospital, and Maine Medical Center — unusual depth for a consumer product executive.
  • Eko Health operating experience. Four years through clinical operations and product leadership at a cardiology-AI company — relevant prep for InsideTracker's biomarker-recommendation engine.
  • Digital-health thought leadership. Quoted in Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) Business Case project for digital endpoints in clinical trials (March 2025, Verily capacity).
