Avram Nemetz, MD

Nemetz spends 2+ hours one-on-one with Elitra Exam patients, performing the physical exam and walking through same-day results across imaging, blood work, cardio-pulmonary testing, Galleri cancer screening, and cognitive and sleep evaluations. His role is to turn a dense diagnostic day into a clear risk-and-next-steps conversation while the findings are still fresh.

• Founding-era physician of the parent group. Nemetz has been with Affiliated Physicians since its inception more than 30 years ago, predating the Elitra brand by decades.
• Same-day physician interpretation. Patients review imaging, labs, and cancer-screening results with the physician performing the exam.
• Multi-state licensure breadth. Active licenses in 35+ states align with Elitra's national executive, sports-league, and government-agency client base.

• Ask during intake if physician match matters. Nemetz is Medical Director and part of the exam physician pool; standard scheduling pairs patients with the available physician.
• Choose concierge care separately. The Elitra Exam is a single-day preventive physical. Ongoing primary care runs through Elitra's separate concierge program.
