About
The Total Baseline Test is the expanded version of Next Health's standard Baseline Test. It keeps the 50+ biomarker foundation across hormones, thyroid, lipids, metabolic health, inflammation, CBC, CMP, vitamin D, and B12, then adds cortisol, intestinal permeability, and cardiovascular genetic risk markers. It is an in-clinic blood draw with a provider consultation for people who want more depth than the starter panel without moving into the full Executive Physical.
Results include a consultation with a Next Health professional.
What to Know
Signature approach
The test uses the same optimization-oriented interpretation model as the Baseline Test, then adds markers that point toward stress physiology, gut barrier function, and inherited cardiovascular risk. The consultation turns those results into next steps rather than leaving the user to interpret a larger lab report alone.
What sets it apart
- Clear step up from Baseline. It adds cortisol, intestinal permeability, and cardiovascular genetic risk to the standard 50+ marker panel. - Provider review included. Results are discussed with a Next Health professional, not delivered only as raw labs. - Useful middle tier. It sits between the $349 Baseline Test and the $14,500 Executive Physical for users who want deeper bloodwork without imaging and genetics bundles.
Before You Order
- Know what the upgrade buys. The $650 difference from Baseline is mainly the cortisol, gut permeability, and cardiovascular genetic add-ons. - In-clinic only. Collection requires a Next Health location or possible local mobile phlebotomy with an added travel fee. - Ask about prep. Turnaround time, fasting rules, and exact panel details are not fully listed on the product page.
