Lifespire
A New Standard in Longevity Care.
Toronto concierge longevity membership with 150+ biomarkers, partner-lab diagnostics, physician roadmaps, and annual retesting
About
Lifespire is a Toronto-area concierge longevity practice for Canadian members. The program combines a one-time Health Snapshot and annual Longevity Membership with 150+ biomarker blood testing, exercise testing, neurocognitive assessment, DNA and gut microbiome sequencing, and physician-developed roadmaps that update with retesting. The model is not one public storefront; diagnostics are coordinated through partners such as LifeLabs, Dynacare, Gutcheck, Humber Valley Imaging, Body Insight, Evolve Integrative Health, and Toronto Cardiac Clinic. The clinical roster is led by Kashif Irshad, MD, Emilie Sagripanti, MD, and Atika Bindal, NP, with concierge coordination around the partner-facility model.
What to Know
Signature approach
Lifespire works as a concierge coordination layer around advanced diagnostics rather than a single storefront clinic. Members start with a biomarker and performance baseline, then receive a physician-developed roadmap that can include nutrition, movement, hormone, metabolic, cardiovascular, and cognitive priorities. Retesting across the year is the feedback loop.
What sets them apart
- Partner-facility model. Lab, imaging, microbiome, cardiology, and movement testing are coordinated through named Toronto-area partners instead of one public clinic address.
- Small but senior clinical team. A dual-FRCSC thoracic surgeon with ABOM and IFM training, a CCFP family physician with a clinical-nutrition MSc, and an IFM-certified lead NP shape the care model.
- Canadian reimbursement posture. The membership is self-pay, but Lifespire emphasizes CRA-eligible medical-service reimbursement rather than US-style insurance billing.
Before You Book
- Confirm the care path. Lifespire uses a partner-facility model rather than one public clinic address, so ask which labs, imaging sites, or movement-testing facilities you will use. - Get the quote in writing. Public pricing is inquiry-only apart from the CA$4,125 average-fee anchor on Longevity.Technology. - Ask what is included. Membership language can include diagnostics, roadmap work, and retesting; confirm whether any partner-facility charges sit outside the quoted fee.

Pricing

CA$4,125
Average client fee in CAD from the Longevity.Technology clinic profile; package pricing is inquiry-only
In practiceAdd-ons, payment details, and coverage limits.
Lifespire is inquiry-priced. Package rates are gated behind the contact form. The only public dollar anchor is CA$4,125 average fees per client from the Longevity.Technology clinic profile. Members pay out of pocket, and Lifespire says 90%+ of the membership fee is made up of CRA-eligible medical services that may be reimbursable through a Health Spending Account or claimed as a medical expense. Ask whether lab work, imaging, partner-facility visits, and retesting are included in the quote you receive.
Care model
Insurance: Self Pay · HSA/FSA: Eligible
Canadian context, not US HSA/FSA. Lifespire states that more than 90% of the membership fee is made up of CRA-eligible medical services, making much of the fee potentially reimbursable through a Health Spending Account or claimable as an eligible medical expense. OHIP does not cover the private membership.
