Makor AI does the first-pass pattern read against optimal ranges; the Care Team reviews the protocol, records a walkthrough, handles video visits and check-ins, and adjusts the plan after follow-up labs.

Geviti names CA, TX, FL, and IL for Rx availability and lists AK, HI, and RI as excluded from Free and Plus in the FAQ; the pricing page has a different phlebotomy exclusion list. Confirm your state during signup if prescriptions or at-home blood draws are essential.
Is this covered by insurance, HSA, or FSA?
Geviti is cash-pay and does not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. HSA/FSA reimbursement is supported across the membership, bloodwork, provider visits, and most prescriptions through itemized superbills. Supplement reimbursement uses Truemed and requires a Letter of Medical Necessity from the Care Team.
Who writes the prescriptions?
Every Rx is written by a board-certified US physician or nurse practitioner licensed in the member's state, based on the Longeviti Panel results and intake. All medications dispense from US-licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies; no overseas sourcing, no gray-market peptides. The clinical practice is handled by Sanctifi Health PC and Sanctifi Health PA, the affiliated medical practices that hold the state licenses.
How does the lab process work?
After signup and intake, members schedule an at-home blood draw or walk into Quest Diagnostics. Results land in the app, then Makor AI checks them against optimal ranges and a Longevity Specialist posts a video walkthrough. The Longeviti Blueprint follows, then a video visit, monthly supplement or Rx shipments where applicable, and a repeat panel around six months.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through the dashboard or by emailing support; access continues through the end of the paid period and already-prescribed shipments still ship. Geviti refunds the membership in full within 30 days only if the first panel hasn't been used. After the first panel, partial-cycle refunds are not offered.
