Biograph — New York
$$$Six-hour preventive diagnostics in a private Financial District suite, followed by physician review and virtual follow-up
A proactive approach to long-term health, designed around you.
One six-hour diagnostic day across cancer, heart, metabolic, brain, and healthspan risk, with a year of physician-led follow-up
Biograph is a membership preventive-health clinic for people who want a deep annual read on long-term risk, not a one-off lab panel. Each assessment maps to five pillars: cancer, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurodegenerative, and healthspan. The in-person visit takes about six hours and combines imaging, bloodwork, fitness, body-composition, genetic, and cognitive assessments. Three weeks later, a physician reviews the findings as one integrated picture, then a dietitian and exercise physiologist help turn the report into a plan.
The model is one annual diagnostic day plus virtual follow-up. Members complete the in-person assessment once, then return three weeks later by video for a physician-led results review. From there, the year is about interpretation and action: nutrition, exercise, mid-year labs for Black members, and a year-end check-in to track what changed.

No. Biograph is a diagnostic and prevention layer that complements primary care. Members still need a PCP for day-to-day medicine, prescriptions, and acute issues.
