A proactive approach to long-term health, designed around you.

One six-hour diagnostic day across cancer, heart, metabolic, brain, and healthspan risk, with a year of physician-led follow-up

About

Biograph is a membership preventive-health clinic for people who want a deep annual read on long-term risk, not a one-off lab panel. Each assessment maps to five pillars: cancer, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurodegenerative, and healthspan. The in-person visit takes about six hours and combines imaging, bloodwork, fitness, body-composition, genetic, and cognitive assessments. Three weeks later, a physician reviews the findings as one integrated picture, then a dietitian and exercise physiologist help turn the report into a plan.

What to Know

Signature approach

The model is one annual diagnostic day plus virtual follow-up. Members complete the in-person assessment once, then return three weeks later by video for a physician-led results review. From there, the year is about interpretation and action: nutrition, exercise, mid-year labs for Black members, and a year-end check-in to track what changed.

What sets them apart

  • Five-pillar interpretation. Results are grouped by cancer, heart, metabolic, brain, and healthspan risk so the visit reads as one health map instead of disconnected test results.
  • Advanced imaging depth. Black members can add coronary CT angiography, AI plaque characterization, low-dose lung CT, multi-cancer blood detection, and at-home sleep testing.
  • Single-trip structure. More than half of members travel in. The diagnostic day happens once in New York or San Mateo; the physician review and follow-up team work virtually after that.

Before You Book

  • Plan around one full clinic day. The visit is built for about six hours on-site, with follow-up handled virtually afterward.
  • Confirm renewal expectations. First-year pricing is published, but renewal pricing is quoted after the year-end review based on the recommended tier.
  • Use it alongside primary care. Biograph is a diagnostic and prevention layer. Keep a separate primary care doctor for acute issues, prescriptions, and routine care.
  • Check payment fit early. Biograph is self-pay. HSA/FSA debit cards can be used, but reimbursement depends on your plan administrator.

Frequently asked questions

What happens during a Biograph visit?

One six-hour day in a private suite completing 20-30+ assessments across five pillars: cancer, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurodegenerative, and healthspan. Three weeks later, a physician walks members through the integrated findings. A dietitian and exercise physiologist then help build the follow-up plan.

What's the difference between Core and Black?

Core is $7,500/yr in the first year and includes 20+ assessments with 6 clinical touchpoints. Black is $15,000/yr in the first year and adds 10+ assessments plus 7 more touchpoints, including coronary CT angiography, low-dose lung CT, multi-cancer blood detection, multi-modal brain health, continuous glucose monitoring, at-home sleep testing, and mid-year labs with physician review.

Does Biograph accept insurance or HSA/FSA?

No insurance. HSA/FSA debit cards are accepted as payment, and many members have submitted for reimbursement, but Biograph does not issue superbills or itemized invoices. Eligibility comes down to the plan administrator.

Do I need to travel to a Biograph clinic?

Yes, once. Biograph has clinics in Manhattan's Financial District and San Mateo, CA, branded as the SF Bay Area clinic. The in-person day is a single trip; physician results review, dietitian, exercise physiologist, mid-year, and year-end check-ins run virtually.

Does Biograph replace my primary care doctor?

No. Biograph is a diagnostic and prevention layer that complements primary care. Members still need a PCP for day-to-day medicine, prescriptions, and acute issues.
